This guided bourbon tasting will feature a curated selection of distinctive expressions including Green River, Blue Run, Five Trail, Penelope, and Barmen 1873. Each expression showcases its own depth, character, and approach to modern whiskey. Guests will be seated together at the bar, creating a relaxed and personal setting where each pour is thoughtfully introduced and explored, alongside chef-curated small bites designed to complement and enhance the flavors of the bourbons. With only 15 seats available, this experience offers a rare opportunity to slow down, savor, and enjoy a focused, elevated tasting in an intentionally intimate environment—where conversation flows easily, flavors unfold fully, and the evening feels both personal and memorable.
